Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

01Accepting these terms

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02What we do

DELTA PROTECH SOLUTIONS LLC provides centralised mobile device management, managed industrial printing, and bespoke software engineering with AI integration. ZENTU is in development and is not generally available.

03How work is engaged

The site is informational. Scope, price, timelines, service levels and warranties are set out in a written agreement signed by both parties. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following:

  • Probe, scan or test the security of the site without our written permission.
  • Submit false information through the contact form, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Copy, scrape or republish the site's content at scale.

05Deliverables and intellectual property

Ownership of anything we build for you is set out in the signed agreement for that engagement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the delivered work.

06Confidentiality

Information you send us while evaluating an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to prepare a response. We do not sell it and we do not share it outside the processors listed in our privacy policy.

07No warranty on the site itself

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the site. This does not affect warranties given in a signed services agreement.

08Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

10Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to the courts of Harris County, Texas.
