Only what you type into the audit form, plus what the services below record automatically:

• —Company name, industry, work email, a description of your operational bottleneck and a revenue band — all from the form.
• —Anything you enter when booking a call through the embedded Cal.com widget, which Cal.com collects directly.
• —Standard server logs held by our hosting provider, including IP address and browser type.

We use form submissions solely to answer you and to prepare a proposal — that is, to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We use server logs to keep the site available and secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

This site depends on services run by other companies. Each has its own privacy policy:

• —Web3Forms — delivers the audit form to our inbox.
• —Cal.com — runs the embedded booking widget and stores the bookings.
• —Google Firebase Hosting — serves this site and keeps the server logs.
• —Google Fonts and the Tailwind CDN — serve fonts and stylesheets, and therefore see your IP address.

We set no cookies of our own. We store one item in your browser's local storage, dp-lang, which remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. It contains no personal data and you can clear it from your browser at any time.

The embedded Cal.com widget may set its own cookies when it loads. If you would rather it did not, use the booking link to open Cal.com in a separate tab instead of the embedded calendar.

We keep enquiries for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick it up if you come back. Records tied to a signed engagement are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. Write to us using the details in section 9 and we will answer within one month.
